Head Processes Officer - CyberSecurity at Ralds and Agate Limited in Yaba, Lagos

Position Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and technology-savvy Head Processes Officer to head enterprise processes, cybersecurity monitoring, and divided solutions processes. This position ensures operations excellency, creative invention, and interdepartmental alignment while upholding adherence and customer satisfaction.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement business plans in sync with corporate targets
• Supervise cybersecurity teams (SOC, Red/Blue teams, Issue resolution process, etc.) and ensure service standard and adherence
• Lead process optimization, automatic control, and cross-department partnership
• Improve customer expertise and align processes with business development targets
• Head adjustment management, creative invention, and ongoing development programs
• Ensure legal & regulatory adherence, business continuity, and risk mitigation strategy
• Supervise financial plan organizing, cost optimization, and service line profit margin
• Set targets (OKRs/KPIs), head assessments, and train top level key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or relevant field; Master of business administration necessary
• Specialist qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
• 15+ years in processes/cybersecurity/technical processes, with 8+ years in executive team
• Solid understanding of adherence frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
• Demonstrated expertise in coordinating top-performing teams and scaling processes
