About the position

As the Top level Art Director, you will be in charge of top the graphics identity and innovative expression of corporate identity marketing, product communications, and multi-channel corporate identity programs. Accountable to the innovative director, head a team of UI/UX professionals and team up with the innovative strategists, copywriters, social platforms managers and cross-operational teams to produce captivating, premium quality work that resonates with customers and leads corporate identity effect. This position requires a combination of theoretical thinking, practical design implementation, executive guidance, and strategic aspiration to push the corporate identity’s innovative boundaries.

Team lead & Guidance:

• Offer feedback criticism and graphics/innovative direction to elevate design quality and corporate identity effect.
• Head and train a team of graphic UI/UX professionals.
• Produce an environment of partnership, innovative experiment, and ongoing development.
• Stay forward of market trends, rival graphics, and emerging innovative technical solutions to keep the corporate identity at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of expertise in art direction, design, and graphics narrative creation (agency or in-house).
• Robust project sample demonstrating premium quality marketing work across digital, print, and animated visuals.
• Competence in Adobe Innovative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Outcomes), Figma, Sketch, and other design resources.
• Strong insight of typography, color theory, structure, and visual design rules.
• Executive guidance mentorship background and leading UI/UX professionals.
• Expertise in innovative generation processes, print generation, and digital resource control.
• Expertise in leading photoshoots, video productions, and animated visuals projects.
• Animated visuals and 3D design expertise is a greet advantage
• Profile in User experience/User interface and interactive design will be assessed a plus but not required
