Primary duties
- Head the entire organizing, implementation, and close-out of allocated in-depth water brownfield projects, making sure dispatch within financial plan, timetable, and safety guidelines.
- Formulate and execute project implementation strategies, marine spread plans, vessel planning, and SIMOPS synchronization standardized processes.
- Establish and head remote marine operations building teams, which includes marine, diving, ROV, subsea, and topside specialists.
- Supervise all front-end engineering design (FEED), thorough design, fabrication interface, and remote marine operations building engineering outputs.
- Oversee supply chain and purchasing organizing for tools, materials, and remote marine operations spread qualifications.
- Guarantee adherence with customer requirements, Health, safety, and environment rules, and international guidelines (API, DNV, ABS, etc.).
- Track and documentation on project effectiveness through scheduled reporting, risk evaluations, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Fulfill the role of primary project interface with customer, classification societies, compliance-related bodies, and subcontractors.
- Offer direction during remote marine operations implementation, making sure safe synchronization of building initiatives during subsea processes, vessel marketing, and topside interventions.
- Recognize and minimize risks linked to in-depth water processes, especially during critical phases which includes subsea system setups and SIMOPS.
- Promote an environment that fosters safety, quality, and operations excellency across all teams and participants. Project Scope Examples Projects may comprise of but are not limited to:
- Subsea jumper replacements and manifold reconfigurations.
- Subsea X-mas tree and management system adjustment-outs.
- Flowline and umbilical tie-ins.
- Topside piping and tools upgrades.
- Installation of new regulate modules and ESD operational structures.
- Structural repairs and reinforcement of current topside structure.
- Synchronization with drilling, generation, and seaport operations during SIMOPS.
