Position Objective and Goal

BI UI/UX professionals play a key role in our analytics-based company by transforming unedited Business Operational structures data into meaningful findings assisting our strategic strategic judgment methods through user-friendly documentation and interactive dashboards using various Business Intelligence resources. This position enables participants across the organization to gain precious findings, enhance output, and accomplish business targets. Our primary Business Intelligence instrument is Microsoft Power BI. We promote our team members to difficulty our tech choices, which includes BI and other zones, by staying abreast of market trends which includes AI. We anticipate our team to take part in Research & development initiatives to examine emerging technical solutions and alternative resources. This initiative-driven approach initiates avenues for the company to improve the quality and effectiveness of our BI initiatives.

BI Design:

• Build quality, dependable and productive documentation/dashboards with precise data/information.
• Transform data and utilize Power BI capabilities to produce captivating analytics-based stories with high users' adoption.
• Set up entry rights for BI documentation according to organizational needs.
• Ensure work quality through running test and confirmation.

Post-Design Initiatives:

• Assist confirmation tests by Analysts and Key Users.
• Offer IT assistance and development as needed.
• Promptly settle concerns elevated during confirmation or in the generation environment.

Collaboration:

Work alongside and assist your team / teammates to supply the BI Design Unit's projects within time, quality, and financial plan targets. Proactively engage with other team members and offer feedback criticism and assist

Learning & Development:

• Stay informed about and learn emerging technical solutions and market trends, which includes AI.
• Assist the organization's BI evolution by supporting and compelling in BI resources & methods Research & development.
• Mentor and train more entry-level team members to assist their development.

Should Possess:

Understanding with cloud-based data channels. Expertise with data modelling, ETL methods, and data warehousing.

Nice to Possess:

Competence in additional BI resources and programming languages (e.g., Python). Performed in FMCG Production operations & Allocation environment (F&B even better).
