About The Position

  • The Admin ensures smooth and standardized managerial processes in the allocated state.
  • This position is in charge of correspondence managing, facilities servicing & maintenance, stock regulate, and workspace management, making sure Moniepoint’s workspaces operate productively and safely.

Primary duties

Credentials

  • Bsc in Business Management, Public Management, or relevant field.
  • At least 4 years’ expertise in managerial, workspace, or facilities management positions.
  • Competence in Ms office tools and recordkeeping operational structures.
  • Clear expression, corporate, and people skills.
  • Understanding with stock operational structures and facilities servicing & maintenance organizing.
  • Task juggling skill and oversee processes across multifaceted processes independently.
