Scope of Work

The Fiduciary Regulatory manager is in charge of assisting the evaluate of NIMR disbursement requests and other state workspaces’ records to guarantee adherence with the regulations and standardized processes of Malaria Consortium and applicable donors. The goal of this position is to assist the Program Adherence unit in offering QA and helping management in embracing realistic initiatives that handle the root causes of recognized risks.

  • The Fiduciary Regulatory manager will answer to the Top level Regulatory manager with dotted lines to the Program Adherence Manager.
  • Close partnership is crucial possessing applicable team members, finance, and the Top level Country Programme Manager to check adherence with MC and project rules and standardized processes in their thematic zones.
  • This role is also anticipated to operate closely with the Skills development assist-NIMR, and the Bridging Grant -SARMAAN II Grant team members at the Country workspace.
  • The Fiduciary Regulatory manager will assist the Skills development assist-NIMR, and the Bridging Grant -SARMAAN II team in comprehension donor compliance standards and coordinating with possessing applicable associates and teammates to guarantee adherence.
  • The operation of the position will expand to cover other donors as the project sample of projects in the country workspace gains.

Ongoing development (10%):

  • Assist in supporting a country workspace-wide culture of adherence and risk mitigation strategy.
  • Assist in coordinating development and capacity-building programs for employees and associates on adherence qualifications, risk mitigation strategy procedures, and fraud prevention.
  • Help in conceptualizing and carrying out sub-recipient financial and regulation education workshops.
  • Offer continuous help and direction to employees to improve their capacity in Fiduciary connections and grant management.
  • Collaborate with the team to advise project coordination and general employees on critical intersections between project execution and adherence concerns, based on expertise in corporate guideline, donor rules, and specific honor terms and terms.

Status updates (10%):

Offer assistance to the program's adherence manager to produce a documentation on internal process concerns and the execution excellent quality guarantee action strategies to the West and Central Africa Program Director. Assist the Program Adherence Manager to organize thorough documentation on inquiries and adherence assessments, demonstrating findings and strategic guidance for executive review and donors as necessary.

Preferred: 

  • Expertise in the INGO sector.
  • Expertise of operating in an international circumstance.
  • Expertise in Gate Foundation financing compliance standards, which includes financial and technical status updates qualifications.
