Chief of Deck Development at Bourbon Interoil Nigeria Limited in Amadi Base, Rivers

Job Description

In charge of yearly Course Planning of all Deck Development (OOW & AB), which includes Induction development Development for new employees and refresher courses for current Pilots and Officer of the Monitor (OOW) in addition to Capable Mariner (AB) forming part as a navigational monitor and night-watchmen.
In charge of Course Financial plan development and acquiring financial plan authorization from the Human resources Financial plan.
In charge of the full cycle of Deck Development
In charge of new content development as the fleet is combining new vessels, tools or operational structures.
Supervising the advancement of OOW practical development and finalization of assignment records in addition to deploying plans until they accept command.
Engage in accident/system issue inquiries and effectiveness/content assessments both on and remote marine operations as necessary by the situations and terms or directed by direct line management.

At least 10 years serving as Chief commander on Surfer vessels, preferably with expertise on all classes of Crewboats deployed by the organization.
Member should possess previously served as a Referent Aviator before serving as a Deck Trainer or Chief of
Deck Development.
