Main Operation

• In charge to execute Project Quality Strategy in allocated scope of work
• Offer learning for key employees • Ensure implementation of Surveillance Programs through development of Surveillance Strategies and through ongoing supervising and auditing
• Documentation quality concerns, status, indicators and organisation's learned to Project coordination
• Oversee endeavors to settle quality concerns and apply upgrades to quality initiatives
• May take on the position of Procurement Quality Organizer (PQC) or On-site Quality Organizer (SQC) until they are allocated

Duty and Duties

• Advance Quality consciousness throughout the project
• Ensure establishment and proper execution of adequate regulate methods inside the subproject Project Team (PT), as stipulated in the Project Strategy and the Project Quality Strategy
• Offer monitoring of Vendor’s execution of their Quality programme and adherence with project qualifications:
• Authorize Vendor’s Quality company and track results of key QA (Quality assurance) employees
• Evaluate Vendor’s standard agreement and buying request quality qualifications language
• Evaluate and authorize Vendor’s Quality Strategy and Assessment and Test Strategies (ITPs)
• Execute planned periodic evaluations of the Vendor's initiatives in order to assess and track execution of Vendor’s Standards oversight operational structures
• Engage in certification of proposed Subcontractors or Suppliers
• Ensure Vendor’s surveillance initiatives are commensurate with Criticality Ratings
• Evaluate Vendor’s quality audit timetable, track Vendor’s audit programme, and engage in selected audits - Evaluate Quality Strategy of Suppliers of critical tools / material in conjunction with Procurement Quality Organizer (PQC)
• Ensure Vendor is executing quality status updates per the agreement
• Track and audit execution of PT Procurement and Building Surveillance Programs
• Offer Quality development as necessary
• Formulate and organize subproject Audit Timetable, carry out on-site audits within sub-projects and help Quality Manager in carry out of project audits, as needed
• Evaluate indicators from engineering, procurement, and building sites to recognize and help in solution of concerns • Help operation in selection of SQC roles and help Sites in selection of inspectors
• Server the Procurement and Building Surveillance Programs until the respective organizer (i.e., PQC, SQC) is allocated
• Evaluate and help in development excellent quality portion of on-site close-out documentation as necessary
• Advise and inform Manager, project and Quality Manager on quality concerns, status and indicators
• Ensure industry standards and organisation's lessons learned are executed and that new organisation's learned are recognized and distributed as necessary.

Competencies and Credentials

• Bachelor or Two-year qualification in Engineering or Science preferred
• Expertise in QA/regulate of site building and completions initiatives
• Technical discipline qualifications commensurate with work expertise
• Ready and capable to business commute (domestic/overseas) to project sites to offer various levels of assist
• Expertise in in charge positions in Standards oversight and synchronization excellent quality initiatives for projects of various facilities in the Petroleum sector Industry
• Expertise in management of project quality operational structures
• Comprehensive expertise with auditing standards oversight operational structures
• Global expertise with Service providers and Suppliers participated in generation facilities projects
• Expertise operating in customer position on key generation facilities projects is desirable
• Expertise with project completions and recordkeeping for processes turnover
• Certification / accreditation in auditing and in assessment disciplines is desirable
