Head Business Development Officer at SYOJ Consulting and Management Services in Lagos

Position Objective / Goal

We are looking for a very driven, strategic, and outcomes-driven specialist to head our Business Development team. As the Head Business Developmern Officer, you will be in charge of recognizing development potentials, conceptualizing long-term alliances, and pushing income through creative financial initiatives that match with our corporate aspiration.

Duties

• Formulate and implement strategic business development strategies to grow the organization’s customer base and income streams.
• Recognize and develop strategic collaborations with primary stakeholders, investors, and corporate customers.
• Head market analysis and market benchmarking to guide new product development and market entry plans.
• Supervise the advancement and sales of loan and financial funding goods, making sure alignment with company's concentration.
• Work alongside the top management to establish medium to long-term strategic objectives and market growth avenues.
• Head and oversee the business development team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and effectiveness requirements.
• Stand for the organization at industry events, forums, and relationship building processes.
• Formulate proposals, demonstrations, and financial projections to assist new programs.
• Preserve solid understanding of financial practices, rival initiatives, and compliance-related modifications affecting the industry.
• Verify that every business development initiatives are in sync with adherence, risk, and business guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Academic qualification in Business Management, Finance, Promotion, or relevant field (Master of business administration is a plus).
• At least 13 years of progressive expertise in business development or sales withinthe financial solutions sector. (Mandatory)
• Established history of pushing growth and conceptualizing high-effect plans.
• Deep knowledge of loan and financial funding goods, financial professional guidance, and customer connection management.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and bargaining ability.
• Capability to operate independently and jointly in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinker with logical mentality and strategic judgment abilities.
