Role summary

We are looking for an skilled Chief of Business-related with a solid experience in solar energy and proven competence in growth and strategic collaborations. The position includes pushing income increase, building strategic alliances, and making sure profitable outcome of the solar production operations processes.

Primary duties

• ​Formulate and implement a complete business-related plan in sync with business targets.
• Head market entry programs, recognizing avenues in Nigeria and other African markets.
• Build and oversee long-term alliances with EPC service providers, regulatory bodies, and distributors.
• Supervise deal discussions with suppliers, customers, and participants to secure favorable terms.
• Lead new business purchase, making sure a steady pipeline of high-value avenues.
• Work alongside generation teams to align production operations capacity with market requirement.
• Observe industry trends, rival activity, and compliance-related modifications to guide strategic decisions.
• Set and track sales effectiveness KPIs, making sure income targets are repeatedly met.
• Head the development of pricing plans that balance attractiveness and profit margin.
• Offer executive-level documentation on business-related effectiveness, projections, and risk evaluations.
• Train and build a top-performing business-related team to lead business targets.
• Guarantee adherence with industry guidelines and government rules affecting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ MSC in any relevant field.
• At least 10 years in business-related executive guidance, with a minimum of 5 years in solar/renewables.
• Established history of closing high-value agreements and building maintainable strategic collaborations.
• Deep knowledge of the solar energy stock chain and market forces.
• Expertise operating in production operations and project-based environments.
• Outstanding bargain, logical, and strategic organizing competencies.
• Capability to head cross-operational teams and oversee participants at all levels.
• Expertise in Nigerian energy rules and international trade procedures.
• Robust financial strategic insight with expertise in financial plan management and income predicting.
