Overview

The preferred candidate will be in charge of the daily execution and adherence to all product and process requirements, in addition to food and ecological safety.

Obligations and Duties

• Guarantee adherence with quality regulatory framework, standardized processes, work directions, and recorded quality operational structures. In addition, guarantee adherence with statutory and compliance obligations.
• Carry out assessment upon arrival of unedited materials, wrapping materials and inputs against requirements and send documentation after assessment.
• Verify that every quality standardized processes for fruit washing and storage are observed.
• Check the peeling and cutting quality, and finalize the quality assurance sheet at Processing.
• Check the packing quality and finalize the quality assurance sheet at the Packing.
• Carry out quality assurance on pallets in accordance with the finished goods regulate standardized process.
• Ensure routine calibration and confirmation of all measuring tools in the laboratory and in the factory.
• Track and regulate all storage zones and terms.
• Uninterrupted development and mentoring of factory employees on Food safety and quality concerns.
• Fulfillment of room maintenance services and ecological guidelines.
• Documentation any violation found in engagement to both the Quality and Food Safety Management Operational structures to the Quality Manager.
• Documentation at once any non-conformity on product standard to the Quality assurance manager.
• Documentation at once any breakage, loss or malfunction of tools to the Quality assurance manager.
• Ensure samples for evaluation are properly taken for each batch.
• Oversee and preserve all technical resources for carrying out quality assurance checks in both the laboratory and the factory.
• Ensure proper and prompt submitting of records: preserve structured and reachable records for evaluation and letter of recommendation.
• Ensure accurate traceability of goods and records.
• Assisting process enhancements throughout the running test and QA methods
• Follow all workplace safety and wellness standard procedures in the factory.

Supervisory obligations:

• Appraise the effectiveness of instant team members, recognize their development needs and arrange or endorse suitable development for them.
• Manage disciplinary measures of instant team members in accordance with the organization’s disciplinary standardized processes
• Analyze rules and standardized processes to instant team members and, where necessary, advise a superior or suitable departments.
