Position Overview

The Expert: Procurement aids the Chief, Stock Chain Management in top planned procurement initiatives, coordinating supplier connections, and making sure cost-efficient procurement of goods and solutions in alignment with strategic objectives. The position includes conceptualizing procurement plans, discussing terms agreements, monitoring adherence with organizational guidelines and external rules, plus assisting cross-operational teams to meet business needs optimally.

Special Projects:

• Procurement Digital Transformation: Top the execution of e-procurement operational structures or automatic control resources to enhance effectiveness, transparency, and spend visibility.
• Supplier Merger & Cost Optimization Plan: Evaluating the stock base to recognize avenues for vendor rationalization, bulk buying, and agreement contract revision for savings.
• Procurement Adherence for Compliance-related Audits: Making sure procurement methods meet industry rules (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC2) and are audit-prepared—especially for elevated-risk solutions like payment processing or data organizing.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Procurement & Stock Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years core expertise with procurement in the service industry.
• Deep knowledge of procurement rules and compliance-related frameworks – especially inside the financial technology or financial solutions sector
• Expertise with deal discussion and vendor results tracking – to lead value and minimize risk.
• Understanding with procurement operational structures and Enterprise platform planning resources – which includes Oracle NetSuite for productive procurement and spend tracking.
• Expertise in stock chain dynamics and cost optimization plans
• Exposure to audit methods and recordkeeping industry standards – making sure adherence and preparedness for internal or external assessments.
• Capability to work alongside cross-operational teams – which includes Lawful, Finance, IT, and Risk, to align procurement plans with business targets.
• Specialist qualifications – which includes MCIPS, PMP, or Six Sigma, which signal skilled in strategic procurement and workflow optimization.
