Job Description

Explanation and Targets

The HR (Human resources) Officer will assist combined Human resources plans across Learning & Development (L&D), Employee Relation, and Human resources Business Teaming up. Operating with the rest of the team, the position will produce and supply Human resources methods, projects, and interventions that fulfill SCIDaR’s Human resource management plan as a subset of its entire corporate plans and targets.

Duties Professional growth:

  • Assist the synchronization of all development sessions (in-person/virtual) by planning participants and facilitators, reservation venues, and coordinating assets;
  • Collaborate with the IT team to upload and modify online courses on the LMS;
  • Track, evaluate and documentation on SCIDaR Learning Hub (SLH) interventions and programs involvement, finalization rates, and response to assess and enhance upon performance and effect;
  • Keep documentation of development presence, response surveys, and qualifications for audits;
  • Help in executing the phased SLH scope and content growth in line with the programme design;
  • Assist the rollout of SLH supplementary programs, which includes event organizing, participant information exchange, and post-event client engagement;
  • Collaborate with employees and their managers to establish, modify, and track Individual Development Strategies (IDPs) for employees, linking effectiveness differences to Learning Hub offerings;
  • Follow all SCIDaR guard rules and standardized processes, which includes standard procedures on information security, device guard, and information managing;
  • Guarantee adherence with corporate guidelines for entering, storing, and exchanging sensitive data.

 Employee Relation:

  • Engage during planning phase and execution of employee relation programs to promote staff cohesion and purpose alignment;
  • Assist the development, initiate and ongoing advancement of institutional acknowledgment programs to reinforce SCIDaR’s values and boost employee morale;
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate and deploy tailored employee relation and team-building programs to guarantee efficient ongoing engagement and relation across the staff;
  • Curate content for internal information exchange channels to bring to attention accomplishments, distribute corporate status reports, and celebrate diversity;
  • Assist the SAGE team and other participants in the execution of employee inclusions and development assist interventions (e.g., SCIDaR W).

Education and Expertise

  • Education: A Bsc requiring at least a second-class upper academic qualification from an accredited Tertiary institution;
  • Specialist verifying: Accreditation in CIPM, CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHRi, or other notable Human resources qualifications will be an added advantage;
  • Resources: Competence in Human resources software and resources (LMS, survey channels, etc.) would be beneficial

Expertise:

An average of 3 - 5 years of progressive Human resources expertise spanning across learning & development, employee relation, and/or HRBP processes; Previous work expertise inside the community health, advising or worldwide development sectors would be beneficial

  • Outcomes-oriented performer, skilled in conceptualizing and tracking self and team with clear KPIs.
