Job Description

Ensure proper execution of CBP initiatives by directing local teams and associates employees in site sites and assisting CBPS to formulate their own capacities
Stand for DRC in LGA-level protection sessions and synchronization spaces.
Offer direction, oversight, and mentoring to CBP Assistants/voluntary assistants/associates employees participated at LGA level and ensure proper recordkeeping of CBP and all associated protection initiatives in the LGA.
Assist protection integration by strengthening AAP (Responsibility to Affected Populations) programs, which includes response and grievance mechanisms which includes assist desks and mobile desks.
Offer a CBPS mapping in the LGA and a associates client recommendations pathways at LGA level to coordinate client recommendations and other needs.

Robust facilitation and development competencies.
Good documentation drafting and data evaluation abilities especially on Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning effect documentation but also on protection documentation.
Expertise in locally-driven protection mechanisms and dispute-sensitive programming.
Capability to carry out protection trend evaluation using supervising dashboards/group feedbacks and different types of resources.
Competence in Office productivity software, data collection resources, and protection status updates frameworks.

Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.
Capability to operate independently while making sure partnership cross-departmentally.
High level of secrecy, respect, and non-discriminatory mindset.
Robust analytical abilities and capability to oversee agile protection matters.
