Position Overview

In this position, under the oversight of the Chief of operations, you will be in charge of top the Human resources processes of the organization and manage various managerial duty without delay. As the Human resources/Administrative manager, you will offer monitoring and direction to the development and supervising of methods connected with Human resources Processes, hiring process and retention, adherence, remuneration, perks, development, and development, in addition to supervise managerial methods.

Primary duties

  • Produce and execute efficient orientation strategies.
  • Organize with development centres for employee development and check in until receiving development certifications.

Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in a HR Management/Industrial Relations & Staff administration
  • MSC in Business Management is a plus
  • ⁠CIPM accreditation is a key requirement
  • At least 5 years related experience, 2 of which should be an managerial position
