Job Description

You will produce visually captivating designs and compelling animated visuals that convey our corporate identity, tell our story, and boost expansion.
You’ll collaborate with our promotion and cross-functional teams to produce graphics for websites, social platforms, marketing, demonstrations, and more.
Your designs will assist us stand out in a crowded space and link with African businesses and worldwide target groups.

Design eye-catching graphics for social platforms, blog posts, ads, demonstrations, email, and more
Produce short animated videos, animated visuals, and explainer videos
Formulate graphics for promotional initiatives, product launches, and events
Preserve and evolve Terminal Africa’s brand visual system
Work alongside promotion, product, and content teams to generate compelling graphics
Convert sophisticated creative thoughts into simple, influential graphics
Oversee various design projects with meticulousness and due dates
Stay current with market trends, resources, and industry standards
Assist shape and grow our corporate identity’s graphics language across channels

Possess 2+ years of expertise in graphic design and animated visuals (ideally in technology or startups)
Are skilled with design resources (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Outcomes, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Possess a robust project sample of work (community-related graphics, corporate identity design, animated visuals, animated visuals)
Are innovative, creative, and possess an eye for clean, modern design
Comprehend graphics narrative creation and brand identity
Are skilled with producing content across multiple channels (community-related, web, mobile)
Possess a robust meticulousness and take pride in your work
Can organize schedule productively and manage various projects
Are a great partner—cozy operating with promotion and cross-functional teams
Comprehend logistics, ecommerce, or African SME markets (a plus, but not necessary)
