Content Planning & Due dates:

• Work in line with content calendars and project plans to guarantee all graphics are prepared for prompt posting or printing.
• Assign priorities to tasks to meet project due dates, customer assignments, and organisation events.
• Convey any hurdles affecting timelines to the Innovative Head or HOO promptly.

Archiving & Recordkeeping:

Properly archive all design projects and ensure backup of innovative assets for future letter of recommendation or modification. Preserve an structured DB of all design assets, design frameworks, and organisation-owned media files.

Other Obligations:

• Manage any additional duty or special projects allocated by the Management.
• Serve as a backup in certain managerial processes when necessary.
• Offer general assist onsite management to preserve an structured and specialist work environment.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in graphic design, graphics communications, or any relevant field.
• 2-3 years work expertise.
• Competence in graphic creative applications which includes Adobe Innovative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, and structure.
• Innovative mindset and analytical abilities to formulate authentic and creative design notions.
• Capability to productively convey graphics creative thoughts and notions to customers and team members.
• Comprehension of ongoing market trends and industry standards in the industry.
• Expertise in print and digital design methods and methods.
• Meticulousness and robust planning abilities to oversee various projects and due dates.
• Cooperative competencies to operate productively with other UI/UX professionals, customers, and participants.
• Capability to adjust to response and make changes to designs as needed.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and other website design resources can be advantageous for producing interactive and responsive designs.
