Job Description

Execute standard procedure and special audits of production operations processes, which includes stock, generation, procurement, and logistics.
Assess the performance of internal regulates across the generation line and warehouse methods.
Confirm adherence with SOPs, workplace safety and wellness guidelines, and quality regulates.
Recognize risks, inefficiencies, and waste, and offer practical strategic guidance for advancement.
Carry out stock audits (unedited materials, WIP, and finished goods) and inventory adjustments.
Evaluate procurement and vendor management methods for adherence and value dispatch.
Track compliance to expense management measures and financial plan usage.
Organize thorough audit documentation and report results for executive review with implementable initiatives.
Check in on audit strategic guidance and corrective actions for prompt execution.
Help in carrying out fraud inquiries, as required.
Ensure statutory adherence (e.g., tax, compliance-related filings, ecological guidelines).

Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or relevant field.
ACA, ACCA, or CIA accreditation.
5-7 years of audit expertise, ideally in a production operations or FMCG environment.
Deep knowledge of cost accounting, stock management, and production operations processes.
Competence in Excel spreadsheet software and Enterprise platform planning operational structures (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Robust logical, investigation, and analytical abilities.
