Guard Organizer at Taimako Community Development Initiative (TCDI) in Sokoto (TCDI Office and field sites)

Objective

Ensure TCDI employees, premises, and assets are protected by executing strong protection measures and procedures.

Primary duties

• Carry out consistent on-site guard evaluations and risk evaluation.
• Coordinate with security staff and external service vendors.
• Formulate and supply guard development to employees.
• Track surveillance operational structures.
• Head response to guard incidents and organize system issue documentation.
• Guarantee adherence with local rules and corporate rules.

Credentials & Expertise

• Academic qualification in Guard Studies, Criminology, or a associated discipline.
• 5+ years in guard, safety, or risk mitigation strategy positions.
• Expertise in the local Nigerian guard circumstance.
• Calm and decisive in crisis conditions.
• Effective guidance and synchronization competencies.
