Position Overview

• You will be in charge of scoping, designing, and conceptualizing Invoice of Materials with pricing for initiatives concerning Networks & Partnership Initiative and Smart Building Management System.
• You will architect for other zones of initiative as the organization deem suit from time to time.
• Your objective is to win the client with creative strategies that solve clients’ issue at a price points that provides attractive edge without compromising quality and honesty and reliability.
• You will interface with external vendors, OEM, and business development team in making sure peak performance of the initiative zones under your project sample.
• You will mentor the organization on tech practices on zones you oversee from time to time.
• You will be in charge of delivering the financial target of the business for zone of initiative you oversee.
• Effectiveness of the initiatives will be assessed from time to time as deem suit by the company.
• You will be member of a cross-functional team that is in charge of designing and conceptualizing ability to scale initiatives that is in line with client requirement.

Work tasks

• Speaking with clients through email, phone, physical sessions for starting requirement capture
• Solid understanding of Calculate, Backup/DR, System and Microsoft Initiatives.
• Expertise in Network, Wireless, Partnership, and Guard Initiatives.
• Preserve solid connections with OEMs, in-market site sellers, work collaboratively under your zone of focus.
• Keep current with various OEM product declarations and sales rewards and programme under your zone of coverage.
• Assist business development team, urgency sorting attempt based on optimizing total effect on team productivity and profit, or as directed by Presales Head or Sales Head.
• Proactively scopes the engineering fix necessary to handle client qualifications, examines clients met and unmet needs, and endorses initiatives that enhance value for both the client and the company
• Arranges closely with internal sales, sales assist, and service assets to align initiative design with clients’ organizational needs
• Meets allocated targets for lucrative sales increase in allocated product lines, market zones, channel, or teams helped
• Opportunistically pursues additional business development avenues within customers. Team up with sales to guarantee these avenues are productively covered and improved
• Sustains high client fulfillment ratings that meet organisation guidelines
• Concludes necessary development and development targets inside the allocated time frame
• Builds connections especially on C-level with clients and worldwide associates that result in superior initiatives and in-depth commitment and adoption of ITH’s initiatives.

• Establishing the client environment by designing system setup, leading system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system guidelines
• Design and execution of new initiatives and optimizing adaptability of the ongoing environment
• Optimizing network effectiveness by supervising effectiveness, diagnosing issues network challenges and outages, planning upgrades and partnering with network architects on network optimization
• Updating role understanding by engaging in teaching avenues, reading specialist publications, preserving personal networks and engaging in specialist entities
• Supply Proof of Notions (POC)

• Assist with technical certification of sales avenues
• Team up with sales, service, engineering, and IT assistance assets to guarantee proposed agreements comprise of technical initiatives that precisely meet client expectations, and are accordingly helped by key client technical decision-makers.
• Offer responses to (technical) questions in a Request for Information(RFI) or a Request for Proposal(RFP)
• Assist the team supervisor in getting ready and executing yearly work and asset strategies; assist their relevance inside the entire organisation plan.
• Identify and actively pursue ways to exploit IT to handle sophisticated business, corporate and system error
• Assist of in-field engineers and final users/client
• Offer Level-2/3 assist and diagnosing issues to settle concerns
• Coordinating with with project coordination teams, third-line engineers
• Set up and install various network devices and solutions as may be necessary
• Execute servicing & maintenance and system upgrades which includes service packs, patches, hot fixes and guard settings
• Explore and settle challenges for solutions within your own zone of duty; convey to teammates as suitable, following ITIL methods; oversee key network-associated incidents and bring them to a acceptable closure
• Coordinate with vendors and other IT specialist for troubleshooting
• Other obligations as may be allocated by your manager and management.
