Senior management Team:
- Work alongside the CEO and Pathfinder Senior management Team in setting and pushing enterprise direction, establish multi-year strategic targets and processes plans to assist and improve Pathfinder’s country- guided plan.
- Assist the Top management and board of directors of Directors in ongoing to build out future growth plans, financial strategies, and approaches to Pathfinder’s International activities processes.
- Build and preserve trusting connections with executive guidance and team, Board of Directors, associates, and participants.
- Organize and show combined financial/business dashboards and risk assessment to board of directors.
- Serve as a thought work collaboratively, presenting findings on emerging practices and long-term corporate capacity.
Team lead and Development:
- Head and organize the transition of the capacity and capabilities to regions and countries and the development of nimble country-guided financial compliance models.
- Oversee and supervise finance and accounting employees to guarantee all facets of financial processes are carried out with strong precision, effectiveness, and in adherence with organizational guidelines and external adherence qualifications.
- Train and oversee directors and managers across the finance and processes processes.
- Promote a high-effectiveness culture emphasizing compliance to Pathfinder values, equity, and responsibility.
- Execute executive guidance development and succession organizing programs that promote devolution of and strengthening of capacities within a country-guided circumstance with the goal to transition the core part of the Finance and Processes operation to Pathfinder regions.
What You Bring
- Bsc in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of progressively in charge expertise monitoring finance and processes in sophisticated, international, private-sector, or non-profit settings.
- A member of a professional body which includes CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA.
- Expertise in non-profit executive team.
- Exhibited proficiency in coordinating projects financed by two-party and multi-party agencies, private sector donors which includes solid understanding of adherence qualifications.
- Expertise structuring and enforcing corporate guidelines, rules, and standardized processes.
- Document of completion training multicultural teams, building executive guidance capacity, and nurturing a cooperative, high-effectiveness culture.
- Document of completion of operating with or top effect-driven businesses, or financial plan in entities with both non-profit and for-profit arms.
- Understanding with Enterprise platform planning/finance Management operational structures and digital transformation plans.
- Expertise operating or living in low- and middle-earnings countries.
Preferred Credentials:
- MSC in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a relevant field.
- Financial executive guidance expertise in a worldwide company with localized strategic judgment.
- Track document of successfully transforming finance processes during periods of rapid adjustment or purpose redefinition.
- Proven drafting and speaking competencies using English and French languages.
