Corporate identity & Content planner / Social media personnel at Stay Assist in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Corporate identity & Content planner / Social media personnel to tell our story, craft compelling digital content, and grow a vibrant online group that loves commute, culture, and local exploratory phase. This position blends plan and creativeness — you'll be in charge of shaping our digital voice, producing scroll-stopping content, and building meaningful linkages across channels. You’ll be the corporate identity’s storyteller, content architect, and relation engine.

Content Formation:

• Design and generate captivating graphics (posts, stories, flyers, reels, videos, blog graphics) using resources like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
• Work alongside organizers, travelers, and city associates to tell real stories from our group.
• Oversee StayAssist’s blog and bulletin, from ideation to publication.

Group & Channel Management:

• Track and address social platforms DMs, mentions, and comments to foster trust and trust.
• Initiate and oversee marketing, contests, and influencer strategic collaborations that spark buzz and appointments.
• Track KPIs (relation, reach, switches) and modify plans for effectiveness.

Corporate identity Alignment:

Ensure regular tone, graphics, and communication tone across all content and digital touchpoints. Work alongside product, customer experience, and growth teams to sync corporate identity narrative creation with operational base status reports and user expectations.

What We’re Seeking

• Interested applicants should have a Bsc
• 3+ years of expertise in corporate identity plan, branded storytelling, or social platforms management.
• Robust copywriting and graphics narrative creation competencies, witty, warm, and visitor-attentive.
• Fluency in resources like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Buffer/Later/Hootsuite, and Google Data analysis.
• A love for design, local culture, commute, and digital practices.
