Job Description

Core Processes / Duties

  • In charge of the management, organizing, and execution of programs and development of programs to assist the organizational approach and entire dispatch of LEAP Africa’s targets and targets for each project.
  • Arrange and head sessions with all participants to convey programme status and distribute periodic documentation to applicable data collection, evaluation, and post-event documentation and strategic guidance.
  • Organize periodic documentation for funders, participants, and backers on allocated programs and LEAP Africa's initiatives and oversee connections with ongoing and possibility funders, investors, and associates of LEAP Africa.
  • Formulate system-level support materials for programs; Conceptualisation and development of expert influence materials which includes articles, opinion pieces, and payments to the company’s analysis goods.
  • Assist capital raising endeavors, conceptualizing proposals and idea notes for LEAP Africa's programs, and looking for financing and strategic collaborations (both local and international).
  • Actively engage in group building and preserving strategic collaborations with other applicable local and international Nonprofit organizations.
  • Design and oversee the financial plan for program, boost expansion, and oversee expenses, making sure transparency, responsibility, and effectiveness in application of the plan's assets.
  • Recognize and deploy suitable indicators and KPIs to productively track project/programme success in line with LEAP Africa's PMO.
  • Assist the creative invention of LEAP Africa's curricula by compelling in the R & D of authentic material for LEAP Africa records, programme documented guides, and Publications.
  • Oversee the financial plan for allocated projects/programs and ensure the transparent and productive use of the company’s capital and assets.
  • Follow adherence with programme rules and methods in organizing, designing, executing, and analyzing programs.
  • Assist to coordinate LEAP Africa's capacity-building plans for youth, teachers, and group workers across Nigeria and Africa
  • Answer to and collaborate with the manager in the fulfillment of all your position duty and outputs.
  • Engage in other duty that may emerge as a result of the growth of the company and as allocated by your manager(s).

Qualifications

  • Bsc in any site. (Master's degree / Master of business administration is a plus).
  • 4 years + of related experience as a proficient specialist in program design and dispatch, with proven expertise in syllabus development and capital raising.
  • High performer with proven expertise in plan implementation, designing and creating documentation for management, and top teams and businesses.
  • Capability to carry out participant evaluation and documentation to strengthen strategic collaborations and leveraging on assets.
  • A self-starter with the capability to transition projects to scale with strong level of effect.
  • High level of creativeness, people skills, analytical abilities, bargaining ability, sound judgement and dedicated attitude.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Workspace suites, google suite, records entry and evaluation competencies.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to think holistically about the company’s purpose and bottom lines. 
  • Clear articulation and speaking competencies, an influencer with the capability to supply demonstrations at key industry events.
  • Entrepreneurial in nature and initiative-driven. 
  • Key eye for description and findings.
