The Role

• We are looking for a visionary Expertise Management Head to design and head Renmoney’s enterprise-wide expertise plan.
• You will produce a world-class structure that captures, curates, and distributes critical findings, pushing effectiveness, creative invention, and adherence.
• Your position will harness AI to revolutionize how we learn, work alongside, and make decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/MSC in Expertise Management, Information Science, or Data Plan will be an added advantage.
• 4-5+ years in KM positions, with demonstrated achievement and understanding in KM channels.
• Participant mapping and relation plans for top level key stakeholders.
• Nimble recordkeeping procedures and metadata design.
• Superior interpersonal abilities: Bargain, innovative issue resolution, and executive narrative creation.
• Expert level in MS workspace suites.
• This is a 1-year agreement role, subject to agreement extension based on effectiveness.
