Overview

The Development Officer will be in charge of designing, conceptualizing, and supplying efficient capacity-building plans to onboard, upskill, and assist SMEs, in comprehension and optimizing the use of our solutions and operational base. The position includes close partnership with cross-operational teams to guarantee SMEs are equipped with the necessary expertise to lead operations excellency and adherence.

Main duties

• Design and supply orientation development for new merchants covering product usage, rules, operational structures, and business standardized processes.
• Carry out refresher and upskilling sessions for current merchants based on effectiveness findings, product status reports, and adherence qualifications.
• Formulate and preserve development materials, documented guides, e-learning content, and position helps tailored to different merchant types and tiers.
• Assess development performance through evaluations, response surveys, and effectiveness tracking.
• Track merchant effectiveness and recognize development needs through data evaluation and site response. 
• Act as the point of reach out for development-associated merchant assist and queries.
• Work alongside product, client support, and adherence teams to guarantee regular and precise development content.
• Arrange development plans, logistics, and status updates in alignment with department targets.
• Preserve precise records of merchant development presence, response, and outcomes.
• Constantly enhance development structured approaches and resources to improve relation and retention.
