Head Cyber security Officer at Renmoney in Lagos

Duties

• Formulate and head the organization’s cyber security plan, making sure alignment with business targets and compliance obligations.
• Establish, execute, and preserve enterprise-wide guard rules, guidelines, and standardized processes.
• Supervise cyber-risk mitigation strategy, threat discovery, issue resolution process, and recovery programs.
• Head guard architecture design and compliance for all digital goods and solutions.
• Lead adherence with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CBN Cybersecurity Structure, NIST, ITIL, and COBIT.
• Oversee guard evaluations, penetration running test, and risk exposure management programs.
• Promote a robust guard culture across the company through development, consciousness, and executive guidance relation.
• Work alongside IT, Lawful, Adherence, and Senior management to handle guard hurdles and lead ongoing development.
• Stay informed of emerging threats, technical solutions, and adherence obligations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NDPC, CBN Cybersecurity Structure, NIST).

Qualifications

• Bsc in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a relevant field.
• Established history as a CISO, Chief of Cyber security, or Top level Guard Leader in a controlled industry (financial solutions preferred).
• 10+ years of expertise in Cyber security, with a minimum of 5 years in a Guard executive function.
• Robust domain expertise of network & cybersecurity, application guard, and cloud guard.
• Competence in cybersecurity frameworks and risk mitigation strategy.
• Specialist qualifications which includes CISSP, CISM, CCISO.
• Exceptional executive guidance, information exchange, and participant relation competencies.
