Non-In-store Store Manager at Transsion Holdings in Lagos

Position Overview

The National NRS Manager is accountable for managing and pushing the effectiveness of all Sales Delegates coordinating NRS Clients across Nigeria. This position includes strategic organizing, regulatory framework development, effectiveness tracking, and implementation to guarantee accomplishment of national sales targets.

Duties

• Head and oversee Sales Delegates across the country who are in charge of small in-store clients
• Design and execute ability to scale sales rules and business frameworks.
• Formulate and allocate KPI targets to Sales Delegates and assess their effectiveness.
• Carry out consistent effectiveness grading and status updates.
• Collaborate with the National In-store Manager to align plans and distribute findings.
• Track and guarantee adherence to sales rules and standard operating standardized processes.
• Evaluate sales data to recognize practices, differences, and avenues for advancement.
• Formulate action strategies to enhance coverage, sales effectiveness, and retailer relation.
• Supervise and assist implementation of advertising marketing and product launches at the small retailer level.
• Ensure regular status updates, response, and information exchange between the site and HQ.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, Sales, or a relevant field (Master of business administration is a plus).
• At least 2-5 years’ expertise in sales management inside the mobile or FMCG sector.
• Established history of coordinating site teams spanning various regions.
• Robust logical, executive guidance, and planning abilities.
• Clear articulation and regulatory framework execution capabilities.
• Competence in using CRM resources, MS Excel, and status updates dashboards.
• Readiness to commute nationwide as needed.
