Restaurant operations manager at Ivee Consulting Limited in Chevron, Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking a very driven and skilled Restaurant operations manager to supervise the day-to-day activities of our dining venue. The preferred candidate will be in charge of making sure outstanding client support, coordinating employees, optimizing profit margin, and preserving high food quality and safety guidelines.

Primary duties

• Supervise routine dining venue processes to guarantee smooth and productive service
• Hire, educate, and oversee dining venue employees to preserve strong results and competence
• Ensure outstanding client support and manage service issues or response productively
• Track food quality, hygiene, and safety guidelines in adherence with rules
• Oversee stock, food expenses, and stock orders to enhance financial plan and reduce waste
• Formulate and execute plans to grow income and enhance client loyalty
• Oversee cash managing, routine sales documentation, and financial financial record
• Strategy and implement advertising marketing and special events
• Preserve solid connections with suppliers, vendors, and participants
• Guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules and authorizing qualifications

Qualifications

• Bsc in hotel management Management or relevant field (preferred)
• 3 - 5 years of expertise in dining venue management
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and analytical abilities
• Verified ability to oversee financial plans and financial statements
• Expertise in food safety, hygiene, and health rules
• Capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in promotion and client engagement management will be an added advantage.
