Position Overview
- The successful applicant will be accountable for managing and coordinating building projects, making sure on-schedule finish, compliance to quality benchmarks, and efficient asset utilization.
- This position demands at least 10 years of practical expertise in project coordination inside the property and real estate building industry, along possessing applicable teaching credentials and competence onsite resources and applicable software.
- Additionally, the preferred candidate should possess the capability to audit materials usage by on-site engineers on the building on-site.
- Please note that this role possesses an age requirement ranging from 45 to 55 years, and possession of specialist qualifications like COREN, NSE, or similar is desirable.

Duties
- Strategize aligned, and oversee building projects from start to finalization, making sure compliance to delivery schedules, financial plans, and quality benchmarks.
- Carry out consistent inspections and audits of materials usage by on-site engineers on the building on-site to guarantee adherence with project qualifications and reduce wastage.
- Work alongside architects, engineers, service providers, and suppliers to guarantee clear communication and synchronization throughout the program duration.
- Formulate and preserve project plans, which includes critical path evaluation, asset distribution, and advancement supervising.
- Track financial plans, expenditures, and money movement to guarantee cost-efficient asset utilization and financial viability.
- Organize and evaluate project records, which includes agreements, adjustment orders, advancement documentation, and risk evaluations.
- Head and oversee project teams, offering direction, assist, and addressing any concerns or clashes that may arise.
- Carry out consistent project sessions to convey project status, respond to concerns, and ensure efficient partnership.
- Guarantee adherence with supporting rules, codes, and safety guidelines throughout the program duration.
- Track and assess project effectiveness, recognizing zones for advancement and executing corrective actions as necessary.
- Organize complete project documentation and demonstrations for management and participants.
Qualifications
- Interested applicants should have a Bsc / Higher national diploma in any applicable field
- At least 10 years of practical expertise in project managementwithin the property and real estate building industry. Expertise in architecture or structural engineering will a desirable asset.
- Must possess performed with a reputable established building organisation in this position
- Applicable teaching credentials in civil engineering, building management, or a relevant field.
- Expertise in architecture is a plus
- Competence in using Excel workspace resources for data evaluation and status updates.
- Robust planning abilities with the capability to assign priorities to tasks and deliver on time.
- Outstanding executive guidance and verbal abilities to productively oversee project teams and participants.
- Comprehensive expertise in building methods, materials, and standardized best practices.
- Expertise in auditing materials usage by on-site engineers to guarantee adherence and reduce wastage.
- Age requirement: 45-55 years.
