Overview

Are you a meticulous specialist with a enthusiasm for numbers and hospitality? We are seeking a Hotel Accounting officer to join our agile team and assist lead financial superiority at our reputable hotel.

Primary duties

• Oversee routine financial processes of the hotel which includes earnings and spending tracking.
• Organize and evaluate every month financial statements, financial plans, and projections.
• Resolve financial statements and oversee outstanding bills/receivable.
• Guarantee adherence with tax rules and internal financial rules.
• Collaborate with the Chief operator and other department heads to assist business decisions.
• Track money movement and regulate stock expenses.

Qualifications

• Bsc or Higher national diploma in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• At least 2 years’ expertise in hotel or hospitality accounting.
• Solid understanding of financial system (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or hotel PMS).
• Outstanding meticulousness and critical thinking.
• Capability to operate independently and deliver on time.
• A member of a professional body (ICAN, ACCA) is a plus.
