Position Overview

This position will assume accountability for productively coordinating the procurement, bargain, and procurement of unedited and building materials, making sure regular accessibility, cost effectiveness, and thorough quality compliance in sync with delivery schedules. Thorough Duties

• Formulate and execute acomprehensive procurement strategytailored to building phases, medical tools plans, and deployment readiness needs.
• PrepareRequest for Proposals (RFPs), ITTs, offer assessment evaluation benchmarks, and bid proposals; organize offer assessments with cross-operational teams.
• Conductpre-certification and due diligenceon vendors, which includes financial capacity, specialized skill, and legal adherence.
• Head talks for building materials, expert medical devices, hospital furniture, IT support, and facility management agreements.
• Establish and maintainframework agreementsfor recurrent stock needs while making sure pricing attractiveness.
• Supervise end-to-endlogistics and stock chain processes which includes import licenses, customs clearance, warehousing, and just-in-time dispatch to on-site.
• Build and preserve aprocurement trackerlinked to the timeline to flag any head time risks early.
• Collaborate with finance to guarantee prompt vendor payments and settle disputes.
• Execute and enforceanti-corruption and ethical procurement policiesin line with international guidelines.
• Produce periodic procurement documentation with cost-savings evaluation, supplier effectiveness ratings, and stock chain KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Stock Chain Management, Procurement, Business Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Master’s in Logistics, Procurement, or Stock Chain Management is a plus.
• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Stock (CIPS) or equivalentrequired.

Profile / Expertise

• At least 15 years of expertise in procurement and stock chain, with a minimum of 5 years in a executive capacity.
• Proven expertise inconstruction and hospital tools procurement(importation, vendor selection, legal adherence).
• Expertise with Enterprise platform planning operational structures (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and large project Robust bargain and agreement administration competencies.
• Strong insight of international and local stock chain dynamics.
• Critical thinking for cost-advantage evaluation and supplier performance check.
• Clear articulation and vendor connection management abilities.
• Expertise in import / export regulationsand customs methods.
