Growth & Lead operations coordinator at Cover Alarm Systems Limited in Abuja (FCT)

Role summary

Our guard initiatives new venture (Cover Alarm) needs a agile, technology-savvy leader with a enthusiasm for safety, creative invention, and creativeness to scale our presence, oversee sales increase, and manage activities across Nigeria. This position requires someone with expertise in smart guard operational structures (alarms, Closed-circuit television, home automatic control), and a solid experience in digital promotion, business expansion, and strategic processes.

Primary duties

• Head organizational expansion plan, with direct monitoring of sales, promotion, and day-to-day activities.
• Design and execute marketing (digital & physical) to lead customer conversion and MRR.
• Show and advance Cover Alarm’s goods to clients, property firms, businesses, estates, and public institutions.
• Organize product deploying, installation, and customer experience from query to assist.
• Build and oversee regional strategic collaborations, agent networks, and vendor relations.
• Commute across Nigeria for market penetration, exhibitions, system setups, or participant sessions.
• Oversee internal teams, client accounts, and effectiveness status updates through Excel, CRM, and internal dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ expertise in a similar position, ideally in IoT, guard, home automatic control, or technology-based initiatives.
• Solid understanding of smart fire alarms, Closed-circuit television operational structures, and home automatic control resources.
• Proficient in digital promotion, which includes Meta Ads, SEO, branded storytelling, and data analysis.
• Outstanding visual communication and pitch competencies, which includes use of PowerPoint, Excel, adobe, and Canva or similar resources.
• Competent of commuting and carrying out regional market activations and participant collaborations across Nigeria.
• Effective guidance, synchronization, and handling multiple responsibilities abilities.
• Based in Abuja or open to relocation.

Incentive Competencies:

• Capability to produce sales materials, pitch decks, documentation, and dashboards.
• Basic expertise in graphics, website design and visual content editing will be an added advantage.
• New venture or entrepreneurial expertise preferred.
• Capability to organize projects with external vendors and logistics.
