Position Overview

Manages the team to finalize their projects and is in charge of making sure that guidelines are followed.

Duties Team lead:

Delivers management through task volume allocation and direction to others who are pushing dispatch of daily projects

Organizing:

Is in charge of making sure guidelines are in place and followed by the team. Is in charge of organizing team expansion qualifications

Stakeholder engagement:

Promotes and requests for response on the team or individuals Is an escalation point to settle participant concerns inside the team

Communications:

Is capable to advise on information exchange qualifications and boosts the team's communications guidelines

Risk mitigation strategy;

Aids the team on the solution of escalated concerns

Project/Programme Dispatch;

• Manages the team to successfully finalize their projects on time, within financial plan, quality and scope Asset coordination (people, financial resources etc.)
• Ensures the team is coordinating against the KPIs
• Delivers strategic guidance on asset needs

Credentials

• At least 7 years' related experience is essential
• Bsc preferred
• Applicants with PMP accreditation would be at a plus.
