Change & Organizing Manager at APM Terminals in Lagos

Position Overview

The incumbent will oversee and oversee vessel, yard, asset, and berth organizing initiatives with a robust concentration on safety, quality, productivity, and most effective utilization of employees, tools, and space.  Additionally, evaluate and formulate both short- and long-term business plans in partnership with peers and top level key stakeholders, making sure efficient implementation, supervising execution, and analyzing results to lead ongoing development.
