Role Overview
- Status updates to the Director of Statistics and Effect Assessment, the Project officer will assist the design, co-formation, management, and supervising of programs helped by Beginnings Financial support.
- The Project officer will collaborate with the Measurement and Assessment Manager and within a multifaceted financial funding team to assist development of country financial funding strategies and financial funding strategic guidance for possibility grantees.
- In addition, the Project officer will assist management of authorized investments, carry out periodic data evaluation as needed, and organize demonstrations and documentation.
- The preferred candidate will be a very driven individual with outstanding critical thinking, issue resolution capabilities and verbal abilities.

Role summary What You'll Do:
- Assist the co-design and development of Beginnings Financial support country financial funding strategies, and underlying investments, operating closely with the Director of Statistics and Effect Assessment, the Measurement and Assessment Manager, and the broader financial funding team, which includes the Finance director and Processes.
- Assist the evaluate and adjustment of the Beginnings Financial support Effect model in synchronization with the multi-country assessment work collaboratively
- Collaborate with the in-country data associates to guarantee data accessibility and quality of target indicators for M&E
- Assist development and drafting of brief, premium quality financial funding strategic guidance for grantee associates, which includes accordingly arranging investments and operating closely with associates to design programme frameworks with clear targets, initiatives, financial plans, and measures of success in sync to the Beginnings Financial support entire effect measurement structure.
- Critically track programmatic performance of Beginnings Financial support interventions through evaluate of periodic documentation and grantee on-site visits. Recognize and minimize key corporate and programmatic risks and recognize zones for advancement or course correction.
- Enhance and ensure premium quality grantmaking methods that integrate learnings from regional, national, and sub-national executing associates.
- As part of the Measurement, Assessment, and Effect team, inform the performance of product, staff, and system associated investments on maternal and newborn health results.
- Organize and evaluate grantee visual stories and finance reporting and effect measurements and compile reports to coordinate prompt grant payments and other grant actions.
- Carry out periodic data evaluation and preparate demonstrations and documentation which includes input on the Beginnings Financial support yearly documentation
- Diligently oversee supporting components of grants management
- Support to corporate learning and planning process
- Execute any other obligations as allocated by the Director of Statistics and Effect Assessment
