Job Description

Microbiological Running test: Carrying out tests on food samples, unedited materials, and generation environments to identify the presence of pathogens like Salmonella, Listeria, and E. coli.
Data evaluation: Evaluating test outcomes, recognizing microorganisms, and interpreting data to evaluate possibility risks.
Conceptualizing and Executing Standardized processes: Producing and executing methods for separating, fostering, and recognizing microorganisms, in addition to conceptualizing plans to regulate microbial growth.
Quality assurance: Making sure that food goods meet quality benchmarks by supervising microbial pollution throughout the generation process.
R & D: Investigating microbial conduct in food, conceptualizing new technical solutions for food safety and preservation, and staying current on improvement in the site.
Legal adherence: Making sure that food manufacturing workflows and goods adhere possessing applicable food safety rules and standard procedures.
Partnership: Operating with other scientists, generation teams, and compliance-related agencies to guarantee food safety and quality.
Recordkeeping and Status updates: Preserving precise records of tests, evaluation, and inquiries, and getting ready documentation for management and other participants.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or associated
3-5 years of expertise as a microbiology officer
Solid understanding of microbiology, which includes microbial physiology, genetics, and ecology.
Competence in laboratory methods, which includes microscopy, culture methods, and molecular diagnostics.
Outstanding logical and analytical abilities.
Clear expression and collaborative ability.
Understanding with food safety rules and quality assurance standardized processes.
