Manager, Real estate and Hospitality Solutions at Ralds and Agate Limited in Ikoyi, Lagos

Position Overview

We’re looking for a agile specialist to oversee our property and hospitality assets, which includes short-let apartments, flexi-rentals, and leisure properties. The preferred candidate will ensure operations excellency, generate income, and head strategic growth programs.

Role expectations

• Bsc in Estate Management, Hospitality, Business Management, or associated fields
• Postgraduate academic qualification (Master of business administration, Master's degree) and/or specialist qualifications (e.g., NIESV, IFMA) are a plus
• At least 12 years of expertise in real estate management, hospitality, or short-let processes
• Robust track document in coordinating residential or leisure properties and growing occupancy
• Outstanding executive guidance, team management, sales, and verbal abilities.
• Expertise in property leasing, short-let markets, and hospitality service guidelines
• Supervise the setup, brand identity, and transformation of properties to hospitality-grade guidelines
• Oversee day-to-day activities, visitor solutions, and servicing & maintenance across all units
• Lead occupancy, leasing, and visitor fulfillment targets
• Head the organizing and initiate of new short-let and leisure properties
• Build and oversee a network of independent agents to assist appointments and sales
• Hire, educate, and oversee hospitality and assistants
• Formulate and ensure adherence to service dispatch guidelines and business standardized processes
• Expand the number of handled units through real estate procurement and talks
• Track results indicators and ensure cost-efficient processes
• Guarantee adherence with organizational guidelines and compliance obligations
