Job Description

Customer Connection Management: Building and preserving solid connections with customers, and offering outstanding client support.
Account Management: Opening, serve requirement noticies, advocate permises insepection andissue certicicates.
Transaction Processing: Make demonstrations, manage and process all types of recovery actions, Negotations, Follow upaccurately and productively.
Adherence and Risk mitigation strategy: Making sure all financial record and processes adhere with rules and organizational guidelines to reduce risk.
Data governance: Preserve ad edit records within appropraite DB concerning billings and income collections
Issue resolution: Dealing with and addressing client questions, service issues, and account-associated concerns in a prompt and specialist manner.
Sales and Business Development: Recognizing avenues to recover and solutions to current customers, and possibly creating new business through client recommendations and relationship building.
Status updates and Recordkeeping: Preserving precise records of all financial record, getting ready documentation, and supporting to the entire status updates of the company.
Partnership: Operating closely with other departments inside the organsiation to guarantee smooth service dispatch.
Uninterrupted Learning: Staying current on LGA rules ad bylaws.

Applicants should have applicable credentials.
Previous expertise as an accounting officer or connection management officer in a Business-related bank or MFB will be an added advantage.
Previous expertise as a Promotion officer or sales canvaser or sales store merchandising executive in an FMCG organisation will be an added advantage.

Expertise in LGA Rules and Byelaws: Comprehension of banking rules, financial goods, and solutions.
Competence in Applicable Software: Expertise with data managementsoftware, accounting operational structures, and Ms office tools.
Capability to operate Under Pressure: Managing various duty, delivering consistently, and trading with challenging customers.
