Role summary

Namz Diagnostic Laboratory is looking for a courteous, structured, and service-oriented Laboratory Front desk officer to join our front desk team. The preferred candidate will be the first point of reach out for patients, in charge of smooth front-desk processes, patient registration, and general managerial assist.

Duties

• Greet and register patients precisely
• Oversee phone calls, emails, and general questions
• Timetable assignments and manage walk-in patients
• Collect payments and problem receipts for laboratory solutions
• Organize with lab employees on sample managing and test outcomes
• Preserve patient records and ensure data secrecy
• Offer outstanding client support and assist

Qualifications

• OND, Certification, or applicable certification in Management, Community health, or relevant field
• Previous expertise in a healthcare or laboratory setting is a plus
• Clear expression and people skills
• Skilled in Office productivity software and basic computer use
• Well-structured, meticulous, and specialist in appearance and conduct.
