Customer relationship officer, Other Finanacial Institutions at Unified Payment Services in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

• We are looking for a meticulous and effectiveness-driven Collaborator to assist the strategic and business initiatives of the Other Financial Institutions (OFI) Department, under the Other Financial Institutions Directorate.
• This position includes coordinating connections and initiative dispatch for non-bank financial institutions, which includes microfinance banks, mortgage banks, finance houses, fintechs, collaborative societies, and similar entities
• The preferred candidate will possess a sound comprehension of the OFI ecosystem, financial technology-empowering technical solutions, and digital financial solutions, with proven expertise in customer connection management and product execution.

Operational aid & Execution:

• Help in deploying tailored financial technology and payment initiatives, which includes collections, disbursements, APIs, agency banking, and wallet solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (tech, processes, lawful, adherence) to guarantee smooth service dispatch to customers.
• Organize product exhibitions, recordkeeping methods, and basic diagnosing issues for customers.

Operations excellency:

• Ensure customer adherence with orientation recordkeeping, compliance obligations, and KYC procedures.
• Track service effectiveness, report to higher support tier service dispatch concerns, and follow through on solution timelines.
• Preserve thorough records of customer activity, assist tickets, and relation record.

Qualifications

Bsc in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a associated discipline. 3 to 6 years of related experience in financial solutions, financial technology, or a customer-facing position inside the OFI segment. Post service expertise.
