Position Overview

The Organizational processes Team is in charge of supervising and top enhancements in payment authorization rates in over 24 countries, constantly pushing merchant effectiveness to the next level - We engage with various business zones (Goods, Engineering, Fraud Prevention, Growth, Business-related and Merchant Solutions teams) and external participants to supply superior effectiveness on cards, account-based instant transfers, and cash-based vouchers, being the leader in local direct linkages to payment players and in the presenting of Alternative Payment Methods (APMs). Duties

• Track and utilize improved specialized abilities to evaluate key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) of all pillars of authorization rates contemplating the technical and consolidation characteristics of each acquirer, issuer, BIN, product, API response, ISO message, and divisions like recurring and card-on-file payments, card confirmation, installments, and pre-approval
• Head and propose in-depth-dive action strategies to improve authorization rates at the acquirer, associates, issuers, and card schemes, proposing and carrying out actions at the country level (Nigeria) to enhance authorizations and transformation rates
• Design and formulate processes and standardized processes to streamline payment processes optimizing effectiveness and performance
• Build and oversee connections with payments associates in Nigeria (acquirers, issuers, card schemes, and external vendors) to guarantee most effective effectiveness and processes continuity and work alongside associates to execute plans to enhance authorization rates
• Carry out A/B tests with acquirers, concentrating on optimizing authorization rates and analyzing local authorization plans;
• Be on top of market and tech practices in the payments industry in Nigeria, mapping avenues and strategic guidance to enhance EBANX’s local payment processes and authorization rates, and proactively adjusting our business plans as appropriate
• Co-produce dashboard visualizations on Kibana/Grafana empowering in-depth and specific evaluation for transformation rates, which includes producing queries for SQL advises and evaluation
• Evaluate instantaneous data to recognize patterns and practices that can improve the effectiveness and precision of Smart Routing plans using improved Machine Learning (ML) methods
• Identify anomalies and manage warnings based on Machine Learning algorithms and work on the ongoing development of the supervising instrument, refining the algorithm and dashboards
• Work alongside internal participants – Goods, Engineering, Fraud Prevention, Business intelligence, Business-related, Merchant Processes, and Business Architecture – to assurance and supply the best authorization rates to our merchants.

What Would be a Plus:

• Bsc in Business, Tech, or a relevant field
• Expertise in workflow visualization and system manuals;Expertise about smart routing, anti-fraud initiatives, card scheme approval goods
• Expertise with data visualization and data systems (Tableau, Kibana)
• Project coordination, roadmap, and company
• Capability to oversee and manage sophisticated conditions
• Exceptional information exchange, visual communication, and bargaining ability
• Improved SQL to compose, evaluate, and join queries across various databases.
