Position Targets

We are looking for a initiative-driven and commercially driven Collaborator to join the Merchant Department under our Merchant & Agency Directorate. The preferred candidate will be in charge of coordinating connections with merchant customers, assisting merchant orientation, optimizing transaction effectiveness, and pushing adoption of our payment initiatives across various sectors which includes in-store, hospitality, healthcare, and solutions. This position is preferred for individuals with a solid experience in merchant obtaining, payment initiatives, or financial solutions, who are committed to assisting digital transformation in commerce.

Product & Service Deploying:

• Assist the deploying and consolidation of payment initiatives which includes POS terminals, QR payments, online gateways, and SoftPOS.
• Organize with internal technical services and operations teams to guarantee smooth execution and problem solving.
• Track merchant usage practices and endorse tailored initiatives or upgrades based on business needs.

Qualifications Education:

Bsc in Business Management, Finance, Promotion, Economics, or a relevant field.

Expertise:

3 to 6 years of related experience in merchant purchase, payment initiatives, in-store banking, or financial technology environments. Post service expertise.
