Position Overview

Ensure recycled metals meet client and compliance-related quality benchmarks through comprehensive evaluation and ongoing development.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement Quality control test strategies per ISO9001 guidelines.
• Examine unedited materials and finished goods; document and interpret data.
• Calibrate and preserve lab instruments; ensure traceability.
• Work alongside in root‑cause evaluation and corrective/preventive actions.

Smart KPIs

• First Pass Return: ≥98% per generation batch.
• Client Rejections: <1% defect rate in shipments.
• Calibration Adherence: 100% instruments calibrated on timetable.
• Corrective Actions: Settle ≥90% of NCRs within 30 days.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or associated fields
• 5 years’ Quality control expertise, which includes 2 in production operations.
• Must possess background in Aluminum /Copper/ Metals Quality assurance

Competencies & Skills:

Competence in SPC and standards oversight operational structures. Robust meticulousness and logical mentality.
