Job Description
Position Objective
The Director of External Affairs and Creative invention Strategic collaborations is a member of the company’s executive team team, offering strategic and executive monitoring, alignment, and executive guidance across CcHUB’s external-facing processes, which includes group and ecosystem relation, Communications, Creative invention Hub Strengthening, and Public Sector Relations. The position make sure that these processes work cohesively to enhance CcHUB’s visibility, deepen ecosystem effect, and unlock fresh opportunities for growth and strategic collaborations across Africa. A key duty is to strengthen relation with public sector actors and role CcHUB as a reliable collaborator in pushing creative invention, innovative economy growth, and employee development on the continent. This is a executive function attentive on pushing alignment cross-departmentally, growing Pan-African strategic collaborations, and empowering a vibrant, well-linked creative invention ecosystem that improvements CcHUB’s sector key focuses.
Credentials
- Bsc in Public Regulatory framework, International Development, Business, or a relevant field.
- A MSC is desirable.
- Career advancement or qualifications in public relations, ecosystem development, or strategic collaborations are a plus.
Expertise:
- At least 12 years executive guidance expertise in ecosystem development, public relations, strategic collaborations, or external relations.
- Exhibited success in pushing public sector partnership and ecosystem strengthening programs.
- Expertise top Pan-African or multi-country programs.
- Expertise in or exposure to creative invention, tech, or innovative industries.
- Previous C Suite expertise is a plus
Crucial:
- Exceptional executive guidance and strategic alignment competencies.
- Proven participant relation and collaboration development competencies.
- Deep knowledge of public sector processes, especially in creative invention and innovative industries.
- High-level shaping and bargain ability across multifaceted participant groups.
