Position Overview

We are recruiting a Site Recovery Officer to oversee and recover overdue accounts through site processes and client relation. The position includes carrying out recovery plans, discussing terms realistic repayment strategies, and advising on process 

Key Duties

• Engage defaulting clients and recover overdue obligations.
• Bargain and track repayment strategies based on financial evaluations.
• Modify recovery operational structures and offer findings on debt management plans.
• Ensure compliance to lawful and internal recovery methods.
• Supply premium quality service in sync with organisation values and client care rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's academic qualification in business, finance, or a associated site.
• At least of 2 years’ expertise in collections or site recoveries.
• Expertise of debt recovery principles and lawful methods.
• Robust logical, information exchange, and bargain competencies.
• Understanding with call center optimization and financial operational structures.
• Skip tracing expertise
