About the Position

As a KYC Service officer, you will be operating with the executive guidance of the company to guarantee the organization merchants are conforming with compliance-related KYC qualifications and protect the organization from being participated with individuals or entities linked to financial crime.

Duties 

• Evaluate and risk evaluation of new customer connections
• Executing due diligence, requesting KYC information and recordkeeping and drafting a customer risk
• Evaluation for endorsement for executive review;
• Strategy and track customer periodic assessments;
• Periodic evaluate of customer connections and modify Customer Risk Evaluations;
• Carry out system issue- and event-driven customer evaluate;
• Work alongside the Data & Documents Team
• Convey productively with within and outside the organization parties to acquire recordkeeping;
• Stock management assist where necessary in the finalization of KYC status updates initiatives

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bsc in a relevant field.
• Expertise and expertise in client orientation and corporate/SME/business account opening qualifications, especially in the correspondent banking space.
• At least 3 years of specialist work expertise, ideally in banking or a dynamic financial technology or digital banking environment.
• Customer support expertise or front desk expertise.
• Adherence expertise is a plus.
• Meticulousness.
