Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and outcomes-oriented Promotion Manager to head the organizing, development, and implementation of our promotion plans. The preferred candidate will supervise all promotion initiatives, oversee marketing across various channels, and lead corporate identity consciousness, head production, and client relation.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute complete promotion plans to assist business targets.
• Strategy and implement multi-channel promotional initiatives (digital, print, social platforms, email, events, etc.).
• Carry out market analysis to recognize practices, client findings, and attractive positioning.
• Oversee content formation and supervise corporate identity uniformity across all touchpoints.
• Head the promotion team and work alongside sales, product, and innovative departments.
• Supervise SEO, SEM, social platforms, and email promotion programs.
• Evaluate marketing key indicators and organize consistent effectiveness documentation.
• Oversee the promotion financial plan and assign assets productively.
• Build long-term alliances to improve corporate identity visibility and reach.
• Stay current with market trends, technical solutions, and industry standards.

Credentials

• Bsc in Promotion, Business, Communications, or a relevant field. MSC will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise (typically 5+ years) in a promotion position, with a minimum of 2 years in a executive role.
• Deep knowledge of digital promotion platforms and channels (e.g., Google Ads, Data analysis, HubSpot, Mailchimp, social platforms channels).
• Exceptional executive guidance, project coordination, and verbal abilities.
• Expertise in conceptualizing and coordinating promotion financial plans.
• Innovative mindset with robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic, due date-driven environment.
