What You’ll Do

• Formulate and head plans to grow the HNW/UHNW customer segment across various business lines.
• Lead asset growth, income growth, and customer retention across subsidiaries.
• Supply tailored financial funding, estate organizing, and wealth arranging initiatives.
• Head, mentor, and empower a top-performing consultative team.
• Promote an environment that fosters superiority, cross-closing sales, and enterprise partnership.
• Ensure risk mitigation strategy, adherence, and compliance guidelines are upheld.

What We’re Seeking

• 15+ years in financial solutions, with effective guidance expertise in private wealth or connection management.
• Demonstrated achievement coordinating HNW/UHNW portfolios and growing AUM.
• Strategic thinker with robust business-related strategic insight and cross-operational executive guidance expertise.
• Specialist qualifications which includes CFA, CFP, or CISI are a robust advantage.
• Strong insight of financial funding markets, estate organizing, and customer interaction.
