Project sample Evaluator at Co-creation Hub (CcHUB) in Lagos

Position Objective

The position is in charge of assisting financial funding programs, accelerator and incubator programs executed by CcHUB, by conducting analysis possibility startups, carrying out market evaluation, helping with the due diligence and selection process, offering assist to companies directly financed through CcHUB’s financial funding channels in addition to those  engaging in acceleration/incubation/bootcamps, and supporting to entire programme development as applicable.

Obligations and Duties

• The selected applicant will play a leadership position in assisting project sample companies across the financial funding channels and accelerator/incubator programs handled and/or executed by CcHUB.
• Primary duties of an accelerator project sample associate may comprise of, but are not limited to:
• Programme development and implementation:
• Helping in designing the accelerator syllabus and programme framework. 
• Managing workshops, events, and guidance sessions with industry professionals recognized by the Financial funding Unit.
• New venture assist:
• Assist the Project sample Manager in offering practical assist to financed/engaging startups as allocated by the Project sample Manager.
• Assist the Project sample Manager in assisting startups enhance their go-market plans, capital raising plans, appraisal, financial projections, data guest accommodations, pitch decks, and business oversight.
• Linking startups possessing applicable investors, associates, and trains. 
• Market evaluation and analysis:
• Carrying out industry analysis to recognize emerging practices, rival evaluation, and market avenues to mentor CcHUB’s financial funding plan.
• Evaluating data to produce findings for the accelerator programme and engaging startups. 
• Status updates and information exchange:
• Getting ready documentation on financial funding programme and accelerator/incubator programme effectiveness, new venture advancement, and performance indicators.
• Sharing information status reports to internal participants and investors.
• Composing and managing within and outside the organization documentation and demonstrations on CcHUB’s financial funding operational base portfolios; particularly operating on every quarter documentation to shareholders and helping in the project setup of  every quarter appraisal documentation.
• Financial funding pipeline development:
• Carrying out country, industry, financial funding environment and organisation analysis, evaluation and assessment for possibility and current financial opportunities.
• Executing as-needed financial projections and evaluation to assess possibility financial opportunities;  Building, analyzing and preserving adaptable financial projections.
• Assisting due diligence methods, independently partnering with external consultants.

Credentials

• Bachelor's or MSC in Finance, Economics, Business, or a relevant field. CFA, ACA, or Master of business administration will be advantageous.
• 1-3 years of expertise in dynamic environments with a concentration on organizational processes, investments, project sample management and/or project coordination.
• Capability to manage various key focuses and timelines productively.
• Great information exchange and people skills with the capability to promote positive relationship, connections and shape with supporting participants.
• Robust expertise in financial evaluation, financial forecasting, appraisal, due diligence, and value-formation programs.
