Female Group, Fellowship & Outreach Officer - Abia at Vine City Church International in Aba, Abia

Overview

We are seeking a Group Fellowship and Outreach Officer (CFO) to head outreach endeavors and help with church management. The position includes arranging fellowship initiatives, coordinating evangelism outreach, and assisting church processes.

Duties

• Arrange and coordinate group church solutions, small group sessions, and prayer sessions to motivate spiritual growth and promote in-depth linkages inside the group.
• Formulate and oversee outreach programs targeted at compelling the local group, attracting new members, and offering assets to those in need.
• Hire, educate, and oversee voluntary assistants for both church initiatives and outreach programs, making sure events run smoothly and productively.
• Help the church executive guidance in daily managerial duty, which includes coordinating plans, managing church programs, and monitoring church records and recordkeeping.
• Foster connections with local entities, residents, and key stakeholders to build teamwork and enhance group outreach endeavors.
• Strategy and implement special events, volunteer work projects, and outreach marketing in line with the church’s aspiration and purpose.
• Manage church communications, preserve precise membership records, help with finance reporting, and make sure that church managerial operational structures are running productively.
• Track the success of outreach and fellowship programs, collecting response to enhance future endeavors.
• Which includes wage processing management, Dropbox management, Telephone client engagement, and employees management
• Any other position as allocated by your superior officer or the Top level Minister.

Qualifications

• OND/Higher national diploma/Academic qualification in any site
• Must be a born-again follower with a deep enthusiasm for evangelism and discipleship.
• Must not be more than 30 years old.
• Ideally female for gender-balance
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and planning abilities.
• Capability to mobilize and establish fellowship groups.
• A heart for serving the group and expanding God’s kingdom.
